Do I have to accept my trade-in quote?

No. You can take cash, choose store credit, or keep your items if the offer isn’t right for you.

What should I bring when selling?

Bring your items and a government-issued ID. Include the accessories you have. If you’re unsure about an item’s condition or whether we buy it, call before you visit.

How do I order something for shipping?
